IT HAS ARRIVED!!!(well - sort of)
EDL is an Environment Development Language, aimed at users of such languages like Microsoft(R) MS-Access(R) or Oracle(R) SQL*Forms(R) and similar.
It is released under the GPL, however, a commercial license to permit software companies distributing proprietary code written using it is planned. (Please note, there will be no software or functionality in the commercial distribution that is not in the GPL one).
To download it, visit ftp://ftp.edlsystems.com/edl. Please note that this is a development "call to arms" release, it is not complete and should not be used outside a development environment.
